Job Description

About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the most value from our solutions. You'll work closely with enterprise clients to drive adoption, maintain satisfaction, and act as their trusted advisor. Your Responsibilities
Account Management: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals, facilitate expansion opportunities, and maintain strong customer references.
Driving Product Adoption: Help customers fully integrate and utilize the solution, ensuring they achieve measurable business value.
Building Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the product, network architecture, and customer use cases to act as a knowledgeable advisor.
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer satisfaction, managing risks and resolving escalations effectively.
Customer Advocacy: Gather customer feedback and share insights to drive improvements in product capabilities.
Onboarding Support: Assist customers with deployment planning, recommend best practices, and manage risks to accelerate value realization.
What We're Looking For
Experience:

10+ years of experience working with enterprise software solutions (experience with startups is a plus).
5+ years in customer success roles, preferably in cybersecurity, managing large enterprise customers.
Skills & Expertise:

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Solid understanding of network architecture and technical concepts.
Salesforce experience is a bonus.
Domain expertise in cybersecurity is highly desirable.
Education:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
