This is an on site position at our Salt Lake City shop. No Remote positions are available.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assist our Expert Service Technicians throughout the day. You are their backbone when it comes to customer support.
• Get to know our customer base by conducting call aheads, reschedules, and follow ups.
• Help the company plan for a successful day by scheduling calls according to skillset and logistics.
• Maximize your computer skills by working with our CRM ServiceTitan, Spreadsheets, Slack, and more.

This position makes you feel like you're making a difference by helping people when they need Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. It is crucial to the success of our company and part of our assurance of customer satisfaction. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service orientation.
• Understand the skills, strengths, and weaknesses of the field technicians
