One of the country's top General Contractors is searching for a Traveling Superintendent to join their team. This position is the perfect fit for someone who loves to travel and knows construction inside out. The first project will be in Corpus Christi, Texas. As a Traveling Superintendent , you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You'll be the go-to person on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities:

- Manage construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

- Ensure all work is done according to plans and specifications

- Conduct quality control inspections

- Communicate progress updates to project stakeholders

Traveling Superintendent Job Functions:

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of construction practices and techniques

- Attention to detail

Traveling Superintendent Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in construction

- Competitive salary

- Familiar with requirements of EM 385-1-1-Federal project experience

- Base Salary: $120-140K
