Shift : 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3 * 12-Hour Night Shifts)
Contract : 14 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours per Week

Job Overview :
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents during the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting a team of nursing professionals in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering prescribed medications, and assisting with wound care.
• Monitor and document vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) and other patient data as required.
• Assist with the management of complex patient needs, including those with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent complications such as bedsores.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications :

• Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents.

Additional Information :

• This is a temporary contract position for 14 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
• Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week.
