Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Experience in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Proficiency in cash handling and ensuring sales accuracy.
• Knowledge of product promotions and marketing strategies.
• Capability to complete necessary paperwork and daily reports meticulously.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members for success.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive for company business as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Comfort with having to stand for long periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
