Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Tucson, AZ (Hybrid : 2 days onsite)

KEY Requirements 1. C# Expertise

Essential Skill: Proficient in C# is mandatory.

Current Issue: Many candidates list C# on their resumes but lack extensive experience, leading to failures in the technical screening.

2. Leadership Ability

Role Expectation:

o Senior position requiring technical leadership.

o Ability to make technical decisions and lead the team from a technical standpoint.

o Not a people management role, but must hold their own among senior and principal engineers.

3. Scrum and Agile Experience

Preferred Skill: Experience with Scrum teams or having served as a Scrum Master is highly desirable.

Additional Value: Technical mentorship experience for junior engineers is beneficial.

Supplier Q&A Highlights C# vs. Python Proficiency

Mandatory: C# expertise is essential.

Preferred: Python experience is advantageous but not critical. Candidates strong in C# without Python are still considered.

Work Arrangement

On-Site Requirement: Candidates need to be local and able to work on-site as needed.
