Role Description:

The Sales Account Manager will manage client relationships and develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. This is an on-site position in Reston, VA, with the flexibility for remote work based on meeting KPIs.

You will also:

  • Build strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Cold calling and lead generation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience selling staffing solutions and account management experience.
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, business development, and building/maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a go-getter mindset.
  • Team player.
  • Reliable transportation.


Preferred:

  • Staffing Solutions for Contract and/or Permanent Direct Placement (IT Staffing, Health Care Staffing or similar staffing solutions).
