Employee Testimonial Essential Functions Maintains the physical integrity of the community at all times to ensure a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for clients, visitors and staff Details community on a regular basis to ensure great curb appeal by picking up litter throughout the property including dumpster areas, cleaning and raking shrub areas, shoveling mud or snow when necessary, using blower and/or broom to keep sidewalks clean of grass and brush, maintaining swimming pools, cleaning common areas and reporting any unsafe conditions to the Property Manager Assists with various maintenance requests and make readies including interior and/or exterior painting and trash removal from vacant units Helps clean and maintain storage areas and maintenance shop Adheres to safety procedures and protocols established by governmental agencies such as OSHA Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by Maintenance, Assistant Manager, Property Manager or the Regional Portfolio Director Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to a variety of practical situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may occasionally involve minor deviations. Needs ability to think rationally beyond a specific set of instructions.
