Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated QA Tester to join our dynamic team! As a QA Tester, you'll play a crucial role in testing and analyzing web and database-based applications, developing test cases, executing tests, and tracking issues through resolution. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with cardiac devices, whether in the industry, hospital/clinic settings, or with remote monitoring systems.

Our platform provides real-time cardiac remote monitoring that integrates with all electronic health records (EHRs) and cardiac device types, allowing for seamless and efficient patient care management. We are driven by the mission to improve healthcare using innovative technology and are looking for passionate professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a proactive self-starter with a keen attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering the best user experience possible.
Collaborate with business partners and software development engineers to test and resolve issues.
Develop thorough test plans, assess risks, file detailed defect reports, and provide relevant data for testing.
Troubleshoot, triage, and provide in-depth debugging information to expedite issue resolution.
Test complex technology stacks with multiple software components.
Drive cross-functional communication, understanding dependencies, and ensuring tight timelines are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

2+ years of experience working with cardiac devices (industry, hospital/clinic, or remote monitoring).
Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues.
Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and technologies.
Previous experience in the health tech industry is preferred.
1+ years of experience working with cardiac monitoring platforms is a plus.
Experience in QA testing is a plus.
IBHRE Certification - CCDS or CDRMS is preferred.
Familiarity with health records, medical device data (including HL7), and relational databases (MySQL) is a plus.
