Our fast-growing marketing agency is looking for a full-time marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in website design, graphic design, email marketing, and more. Our agency is based in Seattle and has satellite offices in Boston and Cleveland. The marketing coordinator will work remotely.

$18 - $20 hourly

• Build and maintain beautiful, engaging, and mobile-friendly websites in a variety of content management systems with a focus on WordPress
• Use your graphic design skills to create striking and memorable logos with brand guidelines
• Maintain clients' digital presence on Google Business, Apple Business Connect, Yelp, Bing Places for Business, and other non-social media platforms
• Work as a team to achieve our agency goals through advertising, digital, and communication plans
• Express your creativity, feel fulfilled, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance! (This is a big one for us!!)

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience)
• 3 or more years of experience working with WordPress
• 2 or more years of graphic and logo design experience
• Must be driven, collaborative, organized, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator
• 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment is a plus
• Experience with the following tools preferred but not required: Canva; Asana; HubSpot; Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets; and Adobe Creative Cloud
