Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their vacation preferences, interests, and needs.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and activities tailored for women.
• Develop customized travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and local guides to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and activities appealing to women.
• Source unique and safe destinations, excursions, and accommodation options for ladies-only trips.
• Provide exceptional pre-travel and on-trip support, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
• Handle any issues or changes in travel plans with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to promote ladies-only trips.
• Gather and utilize feedback to improve future travel offerings.
• Ensure all travel arrangements prioritize the safety, comfort, and preferences of female travelers.
• Provide relevant information on travel safety and health advisories.
