Mission Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Manage recruitment, attract top talent, and oversee a smooth onboarding experience.
- Employee Relations – Serve as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management – Develop and implement performance review systems that drive growth and success.
- Training & Development – Design employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
- Compensation & Benefits – Assist with the development of compensation packages, and maintain competitive HR policies.
- Payroll – Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, utilizing UKG payroll software, including ex-patriot employees with varied tax responsibilities
- Discretion – Handle sensitive employee and company information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- HR Compliance & Policies – Ensure all HR processes align with labor laws and company regulations. Advise managers on labor laws and HR policies, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Culture & Engagement – Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Day-to-Day Support – Respond promptly to inquiries from internal staff members regarding employment matters.
- Global Mobility – Coordinate international relocation activities for employees transferring from FFT subsidiaries across the globe.
- Policies & Procedures – Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices, company goals, and legal requirements.
- Company Representation – Act as a company representative, demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and empathy.
Profile Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- SHRM-CP or related certification, preferred.
- Master’s degree, preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years of managing complex HR issues with a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines. Minimum of one (1) year of management experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly with a diverse group of employees
- Proficiency with HR software, specifically UKG and SAP
- Ability to handle complex HR matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong working knowledge of local and US labor law.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
