About the Role
LeanData is looking for a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis and drive data-driven strategic decision-making. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will help develop financial models, forecasts, and insights to optimize revenue, spending, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, budget variance analysis, and key customer metrics.
Assist with financial planning, supporting annual budgeting cycles.
Analyze key business metrics to align financial models with strategic objectives.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (GTM, R&D, G&A) to provide visibility into financial performance and ensure financial accuracy.
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and streamline FP&A processes.
Support data structuring and analytics efforts to ensure reliable forecasts and KPIs as we build out our Analytics team.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid grasp of financial statements and accounting principles (US GAAP knowledge is a plus).
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
Bonus: SQL experience for data analysis.
