Base Salary:$85,000 - $95,000 / year based on experience + Quarterly Bonus Potential

As Executive Sous Chef, you will work alongside the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring culinary excellence, efficiency, and team development. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in fine-dining or upscale environments, with proven success as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
  • Expertise in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • A solid understanding of American cuisine is key to success in this role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
  • Provide leadership to the kitchen team, guiding Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers in food preparation, handling, and delivery.
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu development, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards in food production.
  • Train and mentor staff, demonstrating culinary techniques, delegating tasks, and fostering professional growth.
  • Ensure operational excellence by creating schedules, inspecting facilities, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.
