Estimator - Commercial Hardscape (Remote Available)

Our client is an established, growing, and well-respected commercial landscape contractor. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be adept at evaluating project costs, timelines, and resources. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are both cost-effective and high-quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of project plans and specifications to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Research and source cost-effective materials and labor options.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for client presentations.
• Monitor and track project costs to ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
• Update and maintain estimating databases and tools.
• Assist in risk assessment and management strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field are preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating within the landscaping industry or construction industry.
• Proficient in estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
