Job Summary:
The Controller will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This position requires expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls within a production-driven environment.
Controller Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Implement and monitor cost accounting practices to ensure precise tracking of production expenses, material costs, and inventory valuation.
Develop and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate financial insights.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency and financial performance.
Prepare and present financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and strategic financial plans.
Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory financial reporting.
Lead financial risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
