We're Looking for Collection Specialists!

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a positive impact while working remotely? We are currently hiring for Collection Specialists to join our team. This role will begin with 60 days of onsite training, after which you'll have the flexibility to work from home. Please note, applicants must be located in Minnesota.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of collections experience
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Job Overview:

As a Collection Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for patients regarding their outstanding medical bills. Your responsibilities will include:

Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to discuss insurance coverage, deductibles, copays, and balances with patients.
Providing clear explanations and answering any patient questions or concerns.
Effectively de-escalating difficult situations and resolving issues in a compassionate and professional manner.
Setting up payment plans or securing payment in full.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $21/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, with shifts between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6 PM on Mondays or Tuesdays)
Training: 60 days of onsite training in Brooklyn Center, where you'll learn from a Senior Collector, Team Lead, or Supervisor. Afterward, you'll transition to working from home, with occasional team in-office days.
