What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed barber in the state of Texas or in School

• Friendly, professional, and punctual

• Clean, detail-oriented, and skilled in fades, beard work, and classic styles

• A team player with great customer service

Duties

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
• Demonstrate expertise in barbering techniques, including straight razor shaves.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding hairstyle options and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
• Engage in retail sales of hair care products and tools to enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
• Offer additional services such as nail care when applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
• Experience with hair extensions is a plus.
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $350.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
