Job Description

The John Kennedy Dealerships are seeking an experienced social media manager to craft and execute our social media strategy. You will be working at our Feasterville, PA, dealership. This position entails producing engaging content, overseeing and updating our social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about social media, highly creative, and data-driven, with a strong grasp of current trends and best practices. Your Responsibilities: Social Media Platform Management: We need someone who is knowledgeable about working with platforms like Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, X (formally Twitter), and LinkedIn. You will organize our portfolio of multiple dealership social media pages and their respective business accounts. Content Creation Creating captivating copy, designing visually appealing graphics, producing engaging video content, and crafting compelling posts for multiple social media platforms. Social Media Development Develop and execute social media campaigns correctly, targeting key prospects while aligning with our brand objectives. Community engagement: Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering meaningful interactions, and strengthening relationships. Review Monitoring: Using our online review application, monitor and respond to daily reviews. Performance analysis: Perform analysis using key metrics like impressions, reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven adjustments. Skills Needed: Social media platform expertise: Understanding the nuances of different social media platforms and their best practices Excellent Writing Skills: The ability to create appealing captions, posts, and communications that capture the attention of the target audience. Design Skills: Using your experience in graphic design, create and properly format visual and video assets that will be used in our social media marketing. Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate with dealership ownership and management as well with external audiences. Time management & organizational skills: Capability to manage priorities effectively and adhere to content creation and posting deadlines.
