This position can be remote if within a commutable distance of Modesto, CA or San Francisco, CA or Dallas, TX with travel to our Modesto, CA headquarters as needed.

Are you passionate about commerce or shopper marketing and ready to drive consumer awareness and conversions for some of our leading wine brands? We are looking for an Associate Manager-Commerce Marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute annual marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement across various platforms, including on-premise, retail, and digital channels.

As a key player in our team, you will lead brand activation through Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) for your assigned brands, ensuring that all programs align with brand objectives and customer marketing needs. Your responsibilities will include creating point of sale materials, digital campaigns, partnerships, and other marketing collateral to support the brand vision. You will also manage A & amp;P budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Your role will involve utilizing consumer and customer insights to drive targeted and effective marketing plans. You will manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

What You Will Need:

Master's degree plus 3 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, process engineering, CPG shopper marketing or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of communications, finance, marketing, supply chain/supply planning, process development, new product development, project management, processing engineering or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Required to travel up to 40% of the time to perform job duties.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

What You Will Set You Apart:

Master of Business Administration degree plus 3 years of Gallo brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing concentration plus 5 years of marketing, sales, winery operations, data analytics/sales development or supply chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Multiple Gallo marketing rotations.

Compensation:

Hiring salary range posted: $100,600 - $151,000 / year
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
